Where does La Marzocco Home ship? +

Currently, we ship to Metro areas of Australia. A flat rate of $100 ex gst applies to ship Machines and grinders. Free pick up is available from our Showrooms in Melbourne or Sydney. Please see our showroom link for address and contact details. If you are in a regional area and would like your machine and/or grinder delivered please contact us by email home.australia@lamarzocco.com or 02 8396 6199 for your delivery options.

 

 

Who can service my La Marzocco Machine? +

When you purchase your machine direct from La Marzocco Home we offer phone and email Support Monday to Friday 8am-4pm AEST. If we can’t solve your issue over the phone, we will provide details of our Preferred Service Providers for you to contact and organise the repair of your machine.

 

Can La Marzocco Home customise my machine? +

We will soon be offering set customisation pieces for the gs3. These will be released in 2017. We will continue to add new items to the list of customisations in the future. If you want something specific for your machine, we have vendors that we can refer you to in order to create a completely personalised machine. What's the most important thing I can do to make sure my La Marzocco espresso machine keeps running normally? +

The most important thing you can do for your espresso machine is to use the right water. Most of the problems people experience with their machines stemĀ from the fact they are using water that is outside of the specifications given by La Marzocco for optimum operation. Water test kits are supplied with all of our espresso machines so that you can make sure the water you are using is within the optimum specifications.
