Whether you’re a proud home machine owner or owner to be, you’ll have the ability to invite one of our expertly trained technicians over to either install or service your machine.
Regular servicing of your home machine will ensure that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee, time after time. A yearly preventative maintenance of your machine will be completed onsite, offering you peace of mind and ensuring that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee. Our expertly trained service specialists will replace the group seal, shower screen, handle spring and safety valve. They will also rebuild the steam wand, expansion valve and vacuum breaker. They will then run through the service checklist to make sure that your machine is running at its best.
*Our service specialists can travel within a 50km radius of the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane CBDs. Any travel beyond that 50km radius will be billed at $2/km at the customers expense.
Our technicians are trained to deliver gold class service with comprehensive packages ranging from installation and training.
