Whether you’re a proud home machine owner or owner to be, you’ll have the ability to invite one of our expertly trained technicians over to either install or service your machine.
Regular servicing of your home machine will ensure that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee, time after time. A yearly preventative maintenance of your machine will be completed onsite, offering you peace of mind and ensuring that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee. Our expertly trained service specialists will replace the group seal, shower screen, handle spring and safety valve. They will also rebuild the steam wand, expansion valve and vacuum breaker. They will then run through the service checklist to make sure that your machine is running at its best.

Please note:
- For in-home servicing, our team will connect you with one of our many service partners throughout Australia. Generally, an annual service will cost approximately $500- $600. However, pricing may be subject to change according to your location, machine type, machine age, and condition. If required, our service partner is able to provide a quote before completion of service.
- If you wish to drop your machine into either of our Melbourne or Sydney showrooms for a service or some other attention, please still complete the form below selecting your preferred location.
