Whether you’re a proud home machine owner or owner to be, you’ll have the ability to invite one of our expertly trained technicians over to either install or service your machine.
Regular servicing of your home machine will ensure that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee, time after time. A yearly preventative maintenance of your machine will be completed onsite, offering you peace of mind and ensuring that you’re able to consistently make beautiful coffee. Our expertly trained service specialists will replace the group seal, shower screen, handle spring and safety valve. They will also rebuild the steam wand, expansion valve and vacuum breaker. They will then run through the service checklist to make sure that your machine is running at its best.

Please note:
- Our service specialists can travel within a 50km radius of the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane CBDs. Any travel beyond that 50km radius will be billed at $2/km at the customers expense.
- When dropping your machine off for workshop service in Melbourne and Sydney, we first asses the machine and advise timeframe for service / repair based off the assessment, please note this is not a same day pick up option.
- (As of 22nd July 2024) Due to a high demand for NSW in-home services, our technical team are working to a 2-3 week lead-time. We thank you for your understanding.
