A complimentary 12-month home service

Ensuring your machine is kept in optimum health, and pouring coffee at the highest standard, our Home Service offer involves one of our technical specialists to complete a scheduled maintenance of your machine on-site, 12-months after your machine purchase.

During the preventative maintenance service, our technical specialist will complete the following:

• Replace the machine’s group seal, shower screen, handle spring and safety valve.
• Run through a comprehensive service checklist to ensure all parts are working to optimum standard
• Rebuild your steam wand, expansion valve and vacuum breaker.

Valued at $550, our complimentary 12-month service offering ensures your machine will continue running at optimum health.

Please note that services located outside of a 50km radius of metro cities will be charged is charge $2 per km. Must redeem first service within 15 months of delivery date.

The La Marzocco Linea Mini factory warranty is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the sale invoice.

To maintain your warranty you must service your machine every 12 months, chemical backflush your machine, and use filtered water that meets our specifications.

Water quality varies from location to location and by state. Incoming water supply into machinery needs to satisfy the requirements of the La Marzocco water calculator –    https://techcenter.lamarzocco.com/jsp/Template4/watercalculator.jsp

Subject to results from the calculator a water filtration device will be recommended in order to ensure warranty on equipment. The customer acknowledges that in many instances it will be necessary to install a reverse osmosis unit rather than a simple carbon filtration unit.

Espresso machines / Grinder ship via freight. All freight shipments require in person receiving to ensure smooth delivery. Freight deliveries are only made Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
